This Kingman turquoise, liberty coin and mercury dime necklace is made by the Navajo artist, James McCabe. The turquoise has a golden-brown matrix with good color and is set in a deep, smooth silver bezel with 3 silver beads at the top and the liberty coin at the bottom, 7/8" by 5/8". The mercury dimes have been soldered together to create a bead, 5/8" or 16mm, and are spaced with turquoise beads, 1/4" wide. The necklace has sterling silver cones with a hook closure with a liberty dime on top. This necklace is 23" in the interior length and 28" in total length. The artist has signed the necklace on the silver cones. This necklace is of a heavier weight due to the coins.
