PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, money orders and checks. You may use your credit card safely through our secure server. You may also pay through an e-mail or we can set up a time to take your information over the phone. If paying by check or money order please select items, print out the shopping basket page and enclose it with your form of payment. Please enclose all contact information. Also, please email us and inform us that you paying by check or money order. Payment must be received within ten days. Most items will ship within 48 hours except for checks which are usually shipped within 5 to 10 days of receipt. All online orders we try to ship within 24-48 hours, same day in most cases, unless otherwise noted on website. Telephone orders please expect next day shipping.

SHIPPING

We ship via U.S. Priority Mail or UPS with insurance in the continental. U.S. Shipping is a $7.00 flat rate. Express Mail 2 Day is available for a flat rate of $18.95. We now offer Fed Ex over night shipping for a online rate of $40.00. If shipping amounts to less we will credit back exact amount of excess. Online orders received before 9:00 am Mountain will be shipped out that day and should arrive by Fed Ex overnight the next afternoon.

Yes, we can ship internationally. Countries we ship to are listed below. If your country is not listed please email us. We do not ship to the continent of Africa. Two options are provided at the checkout of shopping cart: USPS International Priority Mail with insurance $20.00 and USPS International Express Mail With Insurance @ $27.00. The buyer is responsible for all customs and duties. If you would like your order sent as a gift and invoice sent separately - please note this in the comment field of checkout.

Orders over $250.00 will need to scan and email the following verification: 1. driver's license or passport 2. signature

When this happens it is usually due to size rather as opposed to quality. We try our best to capture the essence of each piece in our pictures; however, you will find the quality and beauty so much better in person.

In that rare instance that someone needs to return something we ask that it is returned within 15 days of receipt and in original condition. You will receive a 100 % refund of the price of the item. Items returned and received after day 30 will incur a 5% restock fee.

Christmas gifts ordered in November and December can be exchanged or returned through January 10th.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING AND GIFT BOXES

We gift wrap free of charge for you. Please put "Gift Wrap" and your message you would like sent with the gift in Comment Box on Order Form. If you are sending an item as a gift and do not want an invoice included please inform us of this in the comment field and we will send the invoice separately to the billing address. Gift boxes are included with almost all items except silver collars and extra large non-jewelry items.

LAYAWAY PLAN

Yes, we do layaways. We like to have 1/3 down payment at the time of purchase and paid in three months. If the you are purchasing a larger item and would like to extend payments out to 4-5 months please let us know. We are quite flexible. You may call in your layaway order or email us that you are sending in payment and we will remove this item so that it does not sell in the meantime. You may also click the Paypal option and it will automatically remove the item and put in the comment field that you will be calling in payment or mailing in payment. Any questions, just email!

CATALOGS

Our website is our online catalog. Since most of our jewelry is one-of-a-kind and ever changing. We Do Not have a printed catalog.

RING SIZING

Ring sizing is usually $18.00. If the charge for sizing comes out less than quoted we will refund the difference back to you. Some rings we can size up 1/2 to a full size, depending on the ring, using a jeweler's ring roller free of charge. Note that some rings due to how they are made cannot be sized.

CLIP ON EARRINGS

All earrings are pieced unless otherwise noted in the description. We can convert easily any silver earring on a french wire or ball post to a clip-on earring. The cost of the sterling silver converter is $3.00. If the earring is a post earring that you wish to convert, please e-mail us on the possibility of converting it to a clip-on earring. This will depend on the post earring and how it was made.


REPAIRS

We offer a 6 month workmanship warranty free of charge. Items that have been damaged will only be charged actual repair costs from the silversmith and shipping. We only repair items purchased from us. For other silver Indian jewelry of your own in need of repair you may contact Chuck at Jeweler's Repair Shop in Albuquerque, NM, at 505-266-9057.
